Start by filling out the “Request a Quote” form, and I’ll pull together three amazing travel options for you to review. To get started, there’s a $25 planning fee for groups of 6 or fewer. Here’s what that planning fee includes:

  • End-to-End Planning: I handle everything—from housing and transportation to excursions and more.
  • Three Tailored Quotes: You’ll receive three robust options to choose from, plus one free change if needed.

Step 2: Review Your Quotes

Your quotes will be delivered straight to your email within 3-5 business days. Once you’ve got them, you’ll have 48 hours to review and provide feedback. It’s crucial to act quickly—travel prices (especially flights) change by the minute, and quotes can only be held for 48 hours.

Step 3: Lock It In

Once you’ve chosen your perfect trip, we’ll set up a payment plan for your group. After the deposit is made, I’ll handle everything: coordinating with vendors, managing hotel bookings, and making sure you have all the documents you need.
